When we had a game falter on us a very nice attendee with a mustache and beard assisted us kindly. When we were going to redeem our tickets, this taller lady at the check out area walked past us and said excuse me. I apologized and didn’t bat an eye, but when she was coming back to the check out area this is where things made a change. She said excuse me, while darting looks at my friend and I and gave us attitude while saying this. I was so disappointed that my friends and I walked feeling not only embarrassed but berated as well as I had apologized again as I did not mean to be a bother. I was upset as this ruined my Dave and Busters experience. Only come here if you want to be belittled by some employees, if that sounds like your ball game then go grab your bat and take a swing at it.

Bree handled everything perfectly with charm and grace. She even went to each person to have them verify their food & beverage orders before finalizing their bills. Very proactive! 2. After a few hours of game playing, Rachel was our bartender. I requested a cup of coffee, and she actually went to make it for me, and updated me a to the status. Two other family members joined me at the bar. Rachel handled their cocktail requests efficiently and with a very delightful personality.

We bought the $60 play all you want for 90 minutes and half the games we played weren’t working. The Kung Fu Panda pad was stuck so we couldn’t play that one. The joysticks in PAC-Man don’t really work. The basketball games were missing basketballs. It’s impossible to win the Let’s Bounce game because one of the tiles doesn’t change color no matter how times you hit it. The Ring Toss game wasn’t working properly. The speaker in the Guitar Hero game was busted. The football game was locked at payout and I told an employee who unplugged it and plugged it back in, and it was still locked but he just walked away and didn’t do anything when I said it was still broken. Gave 3 stars because I know the food here is good, just a bit pricey. But again, disappointed that we spent $60 just for a lot of it to not even work.
