  I did an online order for pick up and arrived on time there. Ten minutes go by and I asked about my order and they told me it was stolen and that it was being prepared. If I had not asked they would not have bothered to ask about it. When I got it was a complete mess and could barely close. I didn’t get some of the stuff I asked for and the chimichuri tasted off.This place used to be more organized and clean. This is my closest chipotle but I’ll drive the extra mile to avoid this one.

  The new employees you have working the counter are all miserable. I’ve been coming to this location for 2 years and the staff and food is usually fantastic. I don’t know what’s up with these new employees. They all act like they despise their job and are outright rude to customers. Their crappy attitude must have wore off on the food because it was bad too. The chicken wasn’t cut all the way through so it was in huge chunks, the tortilla chips were not cooked enough and not crunchy and some of the rice was dried out and hard. We were hoping this was a one time thing but we went back on 12/13 and it was even worse. I’ve been eating out a lot because I had surgery and don’t feel like cooking. We won’t be back. Not only was I aggravated by crap employees but I also wasted my money on crap food.

  Waited in line for 45 minutes during the buy one get one free deal from 4-8pm and when I got to the front of line I sled for a burrito and quesadilla with extra cheese and was informed they were out of cheese, this was very frustrating and the employees did nothing to try and fix it or help I ended up leaving with no food just wasted time, it’s unbelievable how understaffed they were and how they lacked a basic common food that goes on a large amount of their menu items. Very disappointing

  was my first, and most certainly my last time, ordering and eating from this chipotle. placed my order to be picked up at 9pm and my boyfriend showed up only to wait 25-30 minutes for it to be prepared along with about 6 other people waiting for their online orders. he told me the staff wasn’t super welcoming or customer service friendly either. not only did my boyfriend have to wait a long time for my online order, it was made 100% wrong. didnt even get the sides i wanted.

  I went in the restaurant to place my order at 6 pm on a Tuesday. It was busy. When my turn came, I started the order for 2 burrito bowls that were exactly the same. I got the brown rice, the black beans, the chicken, asked for fajita vegetables and was informed they were out, got the corn salsa and lettuce, asked for cheese and was told they were out…. at approximately 6:15 pm, prime dinner time! The worst part is, this is not the first time this has happened. Whoever is managing the Chipotle on Jefferson Rd is either not ordering correctly or not preparing correctly. Very disappointed.
