The 2nd driver showed up at restaurant, waited forever, then he was told me the food was picked up from another driver and that driver confirmed order. Which he didnt. BS. Because Chipotle Mexican grill doesn't check for confirmation within app. Like other restaurants visually see confirmation before giving food to driver. They hand out the food to whoever without visually confirmation within app. This is the 6th time this has happened to me from Chipotle Mexican grill. Never ordering food again through this restaurant.
- SSSydney SingerMar 2, 20261.0ordered a pickup order for over $200 for my company’s lunch so we could celebrate a new hire and every single order was wrong. not even small things but orders that were labeled chicken came with barbacoa, orders that came with sour cream had none and those that didn’t want any dairy had both cheese and sour cream all over it. we double checked our receipt and everything was ordered correctly, the staff apparently just couldn’t read it. very disappointed to have spent that much money and not have gotten a single bowl out of 12 orders correct. we also had hot salsa on orders for people that can’t handle spice and we were missing 2 sides of guacamole and a queso. i even used to work at chipotle in high school; i know it’s not that hard to make a bowl.
