Drink, utensil, napkin area absolutely disgusting and out of almost everything. Food tastes old and/or improperly prepared. Orders are hit or miss (in person order, pickup, or delivery) if the staff makes them correctly or not, with correct portions or not. And many staff members have an attitude or disrespectful about respectful concerns or are not addressing them properly. It just gets worse and worse and not improving at all. Chipotle's used to be the polar opposite of this pre-covid.
