I’m very disappointed with my experience at this Chipotle tonight. I placed a mobile order scheduled for 6:50 PM, yet I didn’t leave the restaurant until 7:25 PM because they were running about 40 minutes behind with no clear communication or apology.
While waiting, multiple employees were arguing, yelling, and speaking rudely to one another in front of customers, which was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness.
What made the experience worse was when the employee making my order openly judged and commented on what I ordered, calling attention to it in front of others. It was embarrassing and completely inappropriate. No customer should feel uncomfortable or called out for their food choices.
Between the excessive delay, the lack of professionalism, and the disrespectful behavior, this was a very poor experience. I expect much better customer service, especially when ordering ahead and paying in advance.

To the staff working tonight at 7pm you are all rockstar and don't get paid enough! The lady working the to go orders was a literal super hero, just blowing through those like they were nothing - so pleasant and helpful to get me cilantro free rice, cannot thank you enough. The gentlemen rocking the bar and announcing cash only were so cheerful and upbeat even though you guys were slammed. Extra props to the other lady who bounced around everywhere, rocking the bar then checking the back and checking up on the employees - if you arent the manager (and even if you are) you deserve a promotion. Thank you all of you, you were an outstanding end to a really dramatic day and my sister and I cannot express our gratitude enough.

Its a guarantee your order will be late by 15 minutes minimum, I've waited as long as 45. id say 6/10 times your order is wrong or things are missing that you paid for if you're ordering online. Terrible customer service and the food is always wrong. Place is disgusting and there is always a line out the door. Greece needs to open another location or something because Henrietta and Irondequoit locations aren't like this… much better locations that actually represent a decent Chipotle.

First off I should have never ordered and walked out.
While waiting in line I seen several people just chatting, the server walked away and had customers waiting because the were waiting to refill steak, what they should have done was has this customer step aside and continue with next person.
I step up and start to order, the service station were filthy, food all over, and all of the items needing to be filled , the beef was at the very bottom and I got scraps. I go to pay and there is food all over the register area, I order extra guacamole and chips and they forgot the chips! I had to ask for them. I get home and my food falls out of the bag because the dish was not sealed and soaked the bag through. Luckily it did not spill out of the container. The food was very salty you could barely taste any thing else. West Ridge Road branch should be closed and inspected! Never again will I go to West Ridge Road again. There have ruined Chipotle for me.

The conditions and service during my visit were completely unacceptable. The dining area was dirty, with food and debris visible throughout, and multiple tables were not cleaned. This alone made the environment unpleasant and concerning.
In addition, there was an approximately 35-minute wait in line, despite a full staff being present. The employees working the line moved extremely slowly, showed no sense of urgency, and appeared disengaged. The overall operation felt disorganized and unmanaged.
When I finally received my order, it was incorrect. To make matters worse, the restaurant had no cups available for fountain drinks, and I was ultimately given warm soda, which is unacceptable for a paid beverage.
The behavior and performance of the staff raised serious concerns. There was a clear lack of professionalism, attentiveness, and oversight. From a customer’s perspective, it appeared that there was little to no management present or involved, and no one seemed to care about correcting obvious problems.
This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I have had, and I find it hard to understand how this location is being properly managed. I have also written email to Chipotle corporate in hopes that these issues are addressed promptly and taken seriously. The reviews I have reflect that this store continues to operate with no change.

Additionally, the owner suggested that I contact Chipotle through the “Contact Us” page; however, this was already done prior to our interaction, as clearly stated in my original complaint. This response made it evident that my concerns were not fully read or taken seriously.
