  Used to be one of the best locations. Now it's like every other one. Employees just looking around or playing on their phones while customers just stand there and waiting for some kind of interaction. Getting orders wrong is inexcusable!

  Very disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. The staff seemed extremely inattentive and unprofessional. I had to repeat my order several times because they weren’t listening, and then they complained that I was speaking too quietly. The employees were moving incredibly slowly and acting like they simply didn’t care about the customers or the service at all. It felt like everyone was completely disengaged and not paying attention to what they were doing. Instead of giving me proper chicken, my bowl was filled mostly with fat and scraps. When I politely asked if they could add a little more chicken, they refused without even trying to fix the issue. The overall attitude was careless and rude. Honestly, I’m surprised the order was even made correctly at all. One of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve had.

  Today I had a very disappointing experience at Chipotle. The chicken I was served was mostly pieces of fat instead of actual chicken, and the quality was very poor. The employees at the kitchen station were also behaving strangely and seemed very unfocused, almost as if they were under the influence of something. It made the whole experience uncomfortable. I hope the restaurant improves its food quality and professionalism.😤

  What's the point of ordering online when you still half to wait a half hour for your food? One guy just stands at the register and you have one person on take out line. The rest of the employees just walk around and no one even tries to help out on the lines.

  I'm sorry but this is a disgusting store they're understaffed the trash is overflowing. The drinks are empty. The silverware is empty. There was no forks. I went to the front and said there is no forks and he gave me a single fork but what about the other people.... They're serving counter is a crazy disarray of grossness. The food overfloweth. I would presume it's this bad because they're understaffed... And if that's not the case then what is? Also this last part is just in general to Chipotle but not the specific location these are huge portions... In a world full of people on GLP1s This is definitely not necessary. I'm sure some people like the portion size but it would be really cool if you offered half bowls or something like that.
