    Ordered this through DoorDash. Only to find a side of plastic in my farmhouse sandwich. Do better people it’s not that hard.

    It was dead in there. I asked for my bagels to be toasted...They must have had the bagel in there for 2 sec, not even close of being toasted.... Anything to get the customer out quick right? Will never go to this one again. BEWARE And don't reply back "Bruegger's Bagels (Owner)".

    I ordered a bagel with sausage and and cheese and egg,they didn't put enough sausage on it all I could taste was bagel,and egg will not go back for a break fast bagel again

    Quick service, staff is friendly. The layout of the restaurant just doesn't feel good at all. And they have had problems with the health inspector before. Food is good, just very pricy. The menu isn't up to date in the store, so be prepared to pay more than it says

    When you run out of something, that doesn’t mean you throw cheese on another kind of bagel. You either have what people want or you don’t. What you don’t do is make a cheap substitute. It’s 10 o’clock in the morning. You shouldn’t have ran out of five cheese bagels anyway. If you’re running out of something at 10 o’clock in the morning, then that means you didn’t make enough in the first place. Basic business principles.
