I come here every day. I usually get 2 breakfast sandwiches and one coffee. The other day, my hot pastrami sandwich was served to me cold and i bought 2 of them, and they were both served that way. But whatever I let it go I came in today to get my sandwiches and my coffee and a women came to the window and told me that they were waiting on the house blend to be brewed. I said, okay, that's no problem because I actually ordered the hazelnut (as stated,on my receipt), and she said, okay and then proceeded to bring me the house brew that she said was still brewing but was actually in fact, really old. So I went inside to get the correct coffee and a different women at the counter asked me how she could help me. I just let her know I ordered the hazelnut coffee and this wasn't the hazelnut. She said, well, it's not done yet. I'm like, okay, I understand I'll wait. I would have waited in the drive through, but that's fine too like The whole experience was just off she had an attitude for no reason like I pay wenty dollars every single day when I come here.It's a hundred dollars a week... if you get it wrong, you can't just tell me you're sorry with a smile and make it for me? The attitude was do real,I had to wonder why this person was in customer service, if your attitude is that bad Halfway through her morning that just doesn't make sense to me. I was really nice.I wasn't rude but that whole situation really threw me off. I will be traveling the extra five miles to go to a different location now.

Ordered breakfast sandwich and coffee through the drive through. Employee over complicated the ordering process but I the end sandwich was delicious. Coffee was not that great.

I'm sorry but when you charge .30 extra for a blueberry bagel which isn't a specialty bagel and more than $1 for cc which there isnt a lot of options, $4.49 for a simple bagel with cc, hardly any cc at that, gotta love it, price of inflation or highway robbery......
