Went inside to get correct sandwich. Asked to repeat three times, “Turkey, lettuce, bread” before got the right thing. Got home and discovered they gave me the wrong roast beef sandwich. The M.O.D. was bad-mouthing other employees and complaining that he always gets blamed. With leadership like that, I understand the staff morale and mistakes on my order.
