  No Atmosphere at all. It looked like no one was there Then after waiting for over 10 minutes, but there was yelling at the food prep area. I shouted, "Is anyone working up front today?" Finally some took our order. Seriously? Does it take 15 to twenty minutes to make my sandwich?

  It was busy but the wait was not very long. Fish sandwiches were very good.

  Been many years since I tried Arby’s. Truly not bad at all. The $7.99 meal combo has a ton in it for the price—I dare say the best “value” meal of any fast food place right now.

  Ten minutes in drive-thru (4th car in line). Handed me a drink with soda on top which then spilled on me and inside my car. Got my order wrong. Went inside to get correct sandwich. Asked to repeat three times, “Turkey, lettuce, bread” before got the right thing. Got home and discovered they gave me the wrong roast beef sandwich. The M.O.D. was bad-mouthing other employees and complaining that he always gets blamed. With leadership like that, I understand the staff morale and mistakes on my order.
