I’m here at Arby’s on W. Ridge Rd. they discontinued the three pepper sauce. That’s the main reason I would come here. I just got a double roast beef sandwich and it tasted raw. The fries are cold. I asked them for hot fries, but they were cold so they had to remake them. This place has gone downhill every time they got something good they gotta get rid of it. Bring back the three pepper sauce or I won’t be back.

Need to learn the definition of FAST FOOD, forced to go past the half hour, I have for lunch because they want to take twice as long, despite not being busy. Never coming back on a lunch break, ever again!

Good quality sandwiches, very good prices with many specials. Service a bit on the slow side appear to be understaffed.

Slowest Arbys ever. Took over 25 min to get my sandwich, people in the back taking their good Ole time getting peoples lunches made. Zero management skills, Zero work ethic, asked for a refund and was told the refund would take longer than getting my meal...

Yeah, their customer service is so bad today. You literally just sat in the drive-through for 30 minutes and then I realized Because when you get to the machine to order the guy put you on hold for 15 minutes, literally just drove off me in three other people. This Arby’s is the reason why there’s no other Arby’s really around Rochester no more.
