    I love Arby's menu. When their food is properly prepared, the order is timely and correct. It's delicious. This location is lacking in those areas. Hopefully they'll improve.

    Yeah, their customer service is so bad today. You literally just sat in the drive-through for 30 minutes and then I realized Because when you get to the machine to order the guy put you on hold for 15 minutes, literally just drove off me in three other people. This Arby’s is the reason why there’s no other Arby’s really around Rochester no more.

    Went to Arby's today get four beef sandwiches, mac and cheese and one fry. Took 15 minutes to get the food and the only one in line. Then, after paying for the food told it would take 5 mins. About 7 minutes later Cashier opens the window and asks for my receipt back because apparently they don't have our order because their system crashed. About 7 to 10 minutes from then food finally came out but EVERYTHING WAS COLD!

    There is never more then 2 to 3 people working and I feel terrible for them. They are so nice and they do a great job. But honestly the owners need to provide more support. These people will have 20 people inside and a full drive thru with 2 employees and will still smile and thank you for coming in
