  Service is terrible ( long wait times ~ IF you even get helped ) just like most of the employees that are rude as well.

  Service staff was excellent. I had a reward coupon for munchkins. They were out of munchins so they gave me donuts instead. Food and drinks tasted great. This location was designed for quick in and out coffee pickups so I probably won't come back. Still very happy with the food and service at this location. I highly recommend it for people that don't need to sit down and relax.

  Not sure if the workers aren’t paid enough to care, or just hate their jobs. But literally every time I come here my order is wrong. I ordered a BEC on a croissant, and I got it on a bagel. I order the same thing every time, I’ve gotten it on a bagel, I’ve gotten sausage k stead of bacon, I’ve tried getting white cheddar instead of American, they give me American. I’ve ordered a specialty donut, and gotten a regular donut. Not sure if they were out of the specialty donut or they just swapped them cus they don’t care. Really unsure if it’s incompetence or laziness but I give up. Also I’ve ordered hash browns, and they come like, disintegrated in the bag. Corporation care more about profit then paying their employees a high enough wage to make them care about their job.

  my favorite dunkin ever . always the best service and always makes my drink and food PERFECT! shout out to marcus the younger guy, he’s always super sweet to me and my fiancé and never fails to put a smile on our face !

  I went through the drive-through at this Dunkin’ location today and had an issue that has now happened twice. I ordered a coffee with two creams and no sugar, and the order was shown correctly on the screen. When I got home, the coffee was black with sugar. I didn’t complain the first time this happened a few months ago, but having it occur again is frustrating. Order accuracy matters, and as a franchise business owner myself, I feel it’s important to point this out. Before posting this review, I tried calling the number listed online to address it directly, but the mailbox was full. I understand mistakes happen, but twice now suggests this needs attention.
