  Don’t bother going early mornings. My wife and daughter and I went through the drive through today. 6:38am. Only two cars ahead of us. We finally got our Mobil order at 6:52am. In the time our three cars were served, 7 other cars left the line behind us and drove off. I’d be pissed if I owned that location, as they lost 70% of their potential business in those 14 minutes. Just sooooo slow.

  Use to be my favorite dunkin. Would drive from Greece to gates for them. I will hard pass because today’s experience was not okay. I come from customer service background so I am patient with understaff but today March 15,2026 a Sunday was just rude: I waited in the drive through for 4-5 min with no answer. So I pulled up to the window to place my order there the guy doing the orders tells me I have to drive back around or come inside. Annoyed but I go inside. I wait behind two females to be told they are out of medium cups. I tell her I had a coupon for Medium and she shrugs her shoulder and goes oh well. Two people, no manger, young male and female with poor customer service. I do know the name… below photo is all the red and behind orders

  This place should be closed and employee's trained properly on how to make coffee. The management here sucks, firing the good employee's and not properly training the new ones. Why can't you just make the iced coffee properly, is it to hard? Half the time there's no flavor and the other half it's just nasty tasting. Get with the Program Dunkin, cause Tim Hortons is right across the street from you, and I don't mind spending more for a iced cap.

  The workers there are snobby and rude. I have met one singular nice person at this location. I've gotten a blueberry muffin twice now and both of the times the muffin wasn't even baked fully. Theres also black dots on the honey cruller. If I could give 0 stars I would because this is just gross.

  Love this location. Just down the road from my house so it’s super convenient. But besides that, the employees are always friendly. Ordered a delicious five dollar meal today. The coffee was perfect, the bacon wake up wrap was hot and delicious in the hash browns were hot and tasty. Thank you to the employees, keep up the great job!
