  Ordered a banana latte and customized the cold foam and the lady goes "thats NOT the original drink then. Its no longer a banana latte" It was kinda funny but she may need a day off or two if its that serious haha

  Horrible service, there was a long strand of hair in my drink. (I don’t have long hair, I have very short hair). I went back in and politely asked for it to be remade or for a refund. The lady whose hair fell into the drink looked at me and just took my drink with no apology, not even acknowledgment. Once my drink was remade, it was overflowing and dripping out of the cup. I don’t recommend this place.

  This location has always given me troubles. Waited at the drive-thru for almost 10 minutes at the speaker after watching 2 cars drive through to get their food. Just to have an employee come out and yell at me because their sensor is broken. I was just sitting in my car being patient just to get yelled at because their machine wasn’t working and was screamed at very rudely to pull up to the window. No sign indicated that anything was broken so I thought to sit and wait at the speaker. Don’t see why any type of aggression was needed 😂

  I've never had a good experience here. It's always a wait and the people always seem confused.

  They had a massive freaking pothole and it scrapped my car in the middle of the drive thru. It was completely unavoidable once I was in line. This pothole was clearly known by management as it was in the back where employees park.
