  I frequent this location, there's usually a really nice person at the window. Whoever they had working the window today was rude. Not everybody should be at the window in a customer facing position.

  The workers cannot get an order straight for 3 days straight! All I ordered was a coffee and they apparently cannot even input the information incorrectly into the computer as I dictate it to them. Most of the time the workers are also very rude and act as if you are bothering them. Am I taking your precious TicTok scrolling time away from you by coming here? The interior is pretty dirty and the parking lot unplowed in the winter time. This business does not deserve my money any longer. I will drive out of my way to a different coffee shop rather than put money into the pockets of the rude, distracted workers at this establishment! It is time to replace all fast food workers in the US with robots and computers.

  the staff are usually pretty nice . But something has to give with how the latte pod inserts are cleaned , maybe try rinsing before use . i had to stop getting latte’s at this location specifically .because its always tasting bitter & has grinds. she remade it . by the time i got to work the grinds sanked to the bottom . smh sucks i love a good latte ig ill stick to hot coffee smh
