The steak on both subs was extremely dry and overcooked, there were barely any toppings, and there didn’t appear to be any cheese on them at all. Overall, the sandwiches did not meet the quality we’ve come to expect. We chose DiBella’s specifically because we’ve enjoyed your food in the past, so this was very discouraging. I wanted to bring it to your attention and see if there is anything that can be done to make this right. We would really appreciate the opportunity to give you another try.
