  Unprofessional and rude staff, waited almost 40 minutes for 3 blizzards that ended up being packaged extremely poorly and made a gigantic mess. Absolutely appalled by the service at this location. Never returning.

  Walked in to order on a Friday night—no surprise, the place was buzzing like a beehive kicked wide open. Everyone had the same bright idea. We placed our order and stepped into the waiting game… and that’s where things started to unravel. The order line, mobile pickup crowd, and waiting area all blurred into one congested knot of people. There’s a numbered pickup system (1–8), and a window to match—but you’d never know it from the chaos unfolding. The young girl managing pickup seemed timid and barely audible, which unfortunately opened the door for customers—especially one particularly bold “Karen”—to stroll right up, grab random orders, and inspect them like it was a lost-and-found bin. Mind you… she had just placed her order. Patience clearly didn’t make the guest list that night. The whole pickup and waiting area needs a serious rethink—more structure, clearer flow, and a little crowd control wouldn’t hurt. And the staff? They’ve got to find their voice. Speak up, take charge, and guide the room. Being small doesn’t mean being invisible. Hang in there, tiny warrior—chin up, shoulders back. A little confidence can quiet a whole storm.

  Went thru drive thru tonite (2/27 @ 7:22PM) ordered a large snickers blizzard - was asked if I wanted extra snickers said sure. Total was $10.13. What a disappointment. The snickers were just microscopic pieces of chocolate and if there was 1/4 of a teaspoon that would have been a lot. You’d never know it was snickers as just tiny chocolate flakes So the DQ response is give us another try - really. Maybe review with staff how to actually make a blizzard. I’ve been to numerous DQs in many states and every time I go to the Henrietta locations it’s the same outcome - a cup of ice cream with toppings so pulverized there’s no distinction if you ordered snickers - M&Ms - Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups - it’s all like sawdust. So to get a response that says give us another try - really? What are you doing to correct the situation?
