  I called Country Sweet Chicken & Ribs around 8:30 PM to place a phone order, but I was told they were not taking orders over the phone. Since they close at 9:00 PM, I decided to drive there and arrived around 8:40 PM. When I reached the door, staff initially tried to stop us from entering and suggested that we leave, even though the restaurant was still open. We proceeded to the counter and ordered wings “well done.” The cashier told us that the wings would not be well done because the fryers had already been turned off. We decided to place the order anyway, assuming they had just recently shut them down and the food would still be properly cooked. Unfortunately, when we got home, the wings were very disappointing. The middle of the wings was cold, the texture was chewy, and they appeared undercooked. This was especially frustrating considering we arrived before closing time. This location used to have very late hours and a reputation for great food and service. It was disappointing to feel rushed and to receive food that was not properly cooked before the posted closing time.

  Waited about an additional 10 minutes when I arrived. 10 wings ordered I got 9 flats and one drum. I have been told in the past you get half of each give or take a few. I only eat drums.

  Came and ordered a 3 Piece Chicken(Leg & Thigh) and two sides(potato wedges and Mac & Cheese). They ended up giving me two breast and a leg instead. The Mac & Cheese was water and had no flavor. My biscuit was also hard but yet buttery on top. Next time I'll try the sauced wings and maybe it will be better.

  Very disappointed this time. Go there at least 1 x per week. Drive 45 min each time. Very little sauce on my food also the chicken tenders meal, is supposed to come with 2 sides. I only received 1. Also I he website to order must have changed. I had like a ton of points and now they are all gone. Very sad because I 😘 ved the rewards program. I will call Patrick tomorrow to see what is going on.
