  The staff member who made our meal was great, but the person at the register informed me that I took too long in line with my kids and would have to order online next time. I told her I didn't know I could order online, and she said there was a 3-item limit when you order in person. No where in the building, on the signs, or on the doors was the limit listed 🤷‍♀️

  Absolutely embarrassing service. I hope people read this review and avoid this location like the plague. The worst experience I've ever had in 15 years of going to Chipotle and I will never go back again. Mobile ordered at 810pm. Went into the restaurant at 830 and told them I was here waiting for my order as the app said ready for pickup. At 845! Yes 35 minutes after I made my order I reapproached the employees to ask what is going on. They acted like they did nothing wrong. They never even started my order! and even started insulting me. Yes that's right. After these lazy, incompetent horrible employees (4 of them standing around doing nothing as I waited for my food) refused to do their job, they still had the audacity to treat me like I did something wrong. I left and cancelled the order. Just to add to the absurdity of this, as I was leaving 2 police officers were walking in and noticed how upset I was. When I explained what happened they decided to leave and go somewhere else too! I still can't believe this actually happened. Do not go here. Look at the other reviews! It's clearly a trend at this location

  I should’ve read the reviews before I went here. I had to wait 40 mins past my scheduled pick up time for my order. Employees laughing and making other mobile orders instead of mine. Burrito was missing cheese and multiple people waiting to be served while employees are in their own world. Please don’t come to this location. By far the worst I’ve been to!

  I’m confused as for this being the newly built chipotle how they always run out of food by 7 and don’t make anymore for the night. Tonight I came after work and they had no guacamole, no veggies and barely any meat. Each time I’ve come I’ve had to tell them a little more rice because I can still see the bottom of the bowl. For the second time they have scraped the bottom of the pain for meat that felt like scrapes instead of saying we will make more or give us a few mins for us to make more. I hate this location. Please do better.

  Food was pretty good. I like this location better than jefferson road. I didn’t get sick afterwards unlike when i ate from the one on jefferson road. That one had me throwing up. The place seemed pretty clean. It wasn’t busy at all when I came there. Only issue was there was some gristle with the chicken for my burrito bowl but other than that, the food was delicious and they made the guac perfectly. Service was pretty decent. The employees had positive energy (even were a little silly too, they made a funny joke about me getting triple chicken, had me laughing lol 😂). I highly recommend everybody to skip the chipotle on jefferson road and go to this one instead. Its a lot better. (Cleaner and safer to eat from, theres no need to go to the jefferson road one anymore, that one sucks). From now on, if im in Henrietta and I’m in the mood for chipotle, I will go to this one instead of avoiding chipotle altogether. (Theres also a chipotle on west henrietta road but its not on the bus line so i don’t really go to that one but im sure that even that location is better than jefferson road lol 😂).
