  This has to be the worst chipotle in the entire city of Rochester. I actively avoid this store and Chipotle altogether because they are consistently bad. Food items are consistently out at all times of the day, the store is randomly “closed” even when it’s physically open and customers are inside during midday, and the food is terribly inconsistent. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Thankfully there are other food options available near by such as shahs and pita.

  This place is TERRIBLE! People are hella rude all the time and so unprofessional. Not the first time I interact with workers who seem just fed up with life and don’t give a damn. They prioritize order deliveries over any sort of in restaurant experience. I went in one time when the restaurant had hardly any people inside. I went up to line to order and they said they were only taking orders online. I said politely “ I don’t want to download an app just to eat” they replied “ then you don’t eat.” To which I said “ great customer service.” I walked out and the people behind me wanting to order did too. Whoever runs this place needs to get their stuff in order as your priority should be making customers feel welcomed and wanted. Not like us wanting to get your food and being at your place is a flipping burden!!!

  It said open at 10:45 - doors were not unlocked until 10:50. Then only took mobile orders until noon despite not stating that online or on the door. Order was not announced as ready or placed on pickup shelf, leading to extended waiting. Finally, after standing awkwardly at the pickup shelf we were asked for order name and handed a bag from a side counter behind the checkout. Total wait time - was 1hr from their open time to us actually receiving food. Food was for a child patient at the hospital and had it said anywhere mobile orders only we would have ordered ahead of time. "Mobile orders only" was announced by fellow customer, not employees. Not impressed with any of it at all. Floors also dirty.

  The cashier Summer was very nice I’m not even sure she was the one who remade my burrito it was great and she had a smile i will come back and appreciate the staff for accommodation

  ordered a pickup order for over $200 for my company’s lunch so we could celebrate a new hire and every single order was wrong. not even small things but orders that were labeled chicken came with barbacoa, orders that came with sour cream had none and those that didn’t want any dairy had both cheese and sour cream all over it. we double checked our receipt and everything was ordered correctly, the staff apparently just couldn’t read it. very disappointed to have spent that much money and not have gotten a single bowl out of 12 orders correct. we also had hot salsa on orders for people that can’t handle spice and we were missing 2 sides of guacamole and a queso. i even used to work at chipotle in high school; i know it’s not that hard to make a bowl.
