  Worst Chipotle location in the county. They consistently run out of ingredients daily & purposely take their time making the orders.

  This location specifically is the worst one in Rochester. We usually drive to the Henrietta or Irondequoit location solely to avoid this one. The service is terrible, the workers are always doing everything except working, and the portions make it seem like the food comes out of their own paychecks. The line is always out the door because productivity is so slow, and it's always a mess. I really can't wait for the new Chipotle to be built in Gates so I never have to go here again. I paid almost $20 for a HALF FILLED BOWL!

  Overall this place needs an overhaul. Anyways I placed a mobile order and then after placing it immediately ran inside to let the Togo person know I accidentally put queso on top instead of the side, and then he remade it, and then I figured okay he will take some time looked at the order and really messed up, also put salsa on it too and I meant for that to be on the side. There was not extra rice and not extra chicken that I paid for. I acknowledge my mistake but it would have been nice to not been disregarded but actually cared for as a customer. Ruined my meal.

  Placed app order for 7pm pickup. I arrived 5 min early, food wasnt made until 715, it was a single steak bowl. 30 customers went through the normal line while I waited. What is the point of an online order if they dont even start making it until 10 min after you are supposed to pick it up. Door dash people were waiting for longer than I was there. Easily for a half hour. Once we got the food, my son ate it in the car because the restaurant was dirty everywhere, dimly lit and cramped. His food was already cold 3 min after being handed it and the bowl was half full and the food had no flavor to it. This restaurant further reinforced to me that chipotle is not good. If you want better food Go to the gas station next door. Only came here because my son wanted to try it for his first time. I was open to the idea of trying it again if he liked it, but that ship has sailed.

  Very disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. The staff seemed extremely inattentive and unprofessional. I had to repeat my order several times because they weren’t listening, and then they complained that I was speaking too quietly. The employees were moving incredibly slowly and acting like they simply didn’t care about the customers or the service at all. It felt like everyone was completely disengaged and not paying attention to what they were doing. Instead of giving me proper chicken, my bowl was filled mostly with fat and scraps. When I politely asked if they could add a little more chicken, they refused without even trying to fix the issue. The overall attitude was careless and rude. Honestly, I’m surprised the order was even made correctly at all. One of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve had.
