  Visited yesterday, April 11th, I heard they had a rough start but they are "cooking with gas" now. I was there for dinner and the place was hopping. My grandkids love the playground and ice cream. Service was very friendly.

  The staff is great. They are all sweet and helpful. Still getting their sea legs, but definitely recommend this place. Just look for it, a little off the main road.

  Don’t recommend this one. Go to the one in Henrietta. Everything is extremely slow and they have hard time getting the food right after repeating 5 times.

  I've finally found a Chick fil A worse than Henrietta, its this one. Not only did they get my order wrong, I got no sauces, and a fruit cup that was less filled than than ive ever seen it. Never been able to see the bottom of a fruit cup when served before today. Oh, and the burnt fryer oil fries made it extra special. Truly the pinnacle of Rochester area Chick fil As. But hey, at least my lemonade had light ice.

  Both times I’ve visited this location (once prior to their shut down, once after) the service was pretty consistently bad. The location is more convenient, but the time spent waiting for your order completely negates the convenience factor. No napkins, straws, or sauces were included on the most recent visit—definitely won’t be returning.
