I have family in Riverhead NY and went to visit them and heard there was a Stop and Shop in their town. I thought I would have the same experience experience as I do at home but this store was a complete polar opposite. The people here are disgusting and angry and have major attitude! I was treated like dirt and god forbid I ask someone for help since I wasn't familiar with this stores layout. I was ignored and put to the side! This is absolutely the worse Stop and Shop I ever went too. I also have family who n NYC and those Stop and Shops are more pleasant. I hate this store and will making a complaint to their corporate for the way I was treated!

The recycle area says it should be closed at 8pm, but when I got there about 15 minutes early it was closed and the person in charge of the area was very dismissive!! He looked at his phone and said, “well, it’s closed.” Gotta do better !
