  I’ve been coming to Panera Bread Riverhead almost every night for the past few years, and I feel like it’s finally time to say something about someone who truly makes this place special, Marlyn. From the very beginning, she has treated me with genuine kindness, respect, and warmth. Not in a forced “customer service voice” kind of way, but in a real, human way. She remembers people. She pays attention. She makes eye contact. She asks how you’re doing and actually listens to the answer. That may sound simple, but in today’s world, it’s rare. She brings the same calm, welcoming energy every time. No matter how busy it gets, she stays patient and professional. She moves quickly, but never makes you feel rushed. She treats every person with dignity. Over the years, I’ve watched how she interacts with other customers too and she gives everyone that same level of respect. It’s clear she takes pride in her work. Employees like her are the reason people become loyal customers. Businesses talk a lot about customer experience and brand values. Marlyn is the customer experience. She represents the best of what Panera stands for. I truly hope management recognizes what they have in her I talked to one of the managers yesterday about giving her a review. She absolutely deserves acknowledgment and honestly, a raise. Panera is lucky to have her, and customers like me keep coming back because of people like her.

  Arrived to a busy lunch and the dining room was full. I ordered from kiosk and asked for help when I experienced a glitch! Busy manager came over and helped me and checked on me a few minutes after to ensure I was able to order correctly. Tim was the manager and I definitely commend his great customer service going into outstanding service! Food was delicious and fresh. I miss the turkey avocado BLT so I tried the chicken avocado BLT and it's also delicious. Today was a great experience all around. Thanks Tim!

  This is a really nice place for lunch or a quick meal. I've had some really good soups, salads and sandwiches on my visits these past two years. Also, their bread is really good ... that I often buy to rake home. Service is always courteous and prompt and their prices are pretty reasonable.
