    Okay Ryan the manager I watched you not even attempt to help a elderly person get help from your computer to order food. Not everyone is gonna know how to operate that 1 and only working computer out of the 3 in your store so whispering to your staff "ppl should go to McDonald's drive thru if they don't know how to work the computer" won't cut it that's just wrong on top of that your attitude was all off today as I watched you serve customers the way you denied a pregnant woman request for a cup of water after she said your drinks taste like nothing but sugar and she wanted add water to it just to even it out cause she was pregnant was disgusting not sure of this is your behavior every day but I definitely won't be going back to your location of youre still the manager I hope cooperate remove you from this great location me and my staff love to frequent quite often

    Manager here is very very professional and nice. I come here all the time and everyone that takes my order is very polite and nice. I really enjoy coming here after my hour daily walk.

    I would not recommend ordering catering through the website especially if your catering order lands here. You will see it on your confirmation. In both instances 2 weeks in a row, I made the mistake of relying on Panera's online ordering system, which does not accurately calculate food quantities based on guest count. For example, I entered 20 guests and the system generated an order for only 5 sandwiches—clearly insufficient. My recommendation: call the store directly for catering orders. To be fair, my experiences with staff were very different: Felicia provided exceptional service. She recognized the issue, took ownership, and personally ensured the order was corrected and delivered. Truly outstanding—gold star. Ryan, on the other hand, placed the responsibility entirely on me, despite the fact that the order clearly indicated it was intended to serve 20 people. Yes, it's a corporate website issue, but it landed in YOUR STORE. I asked him if I entered 100 people would the system still generate 5 sandwiches? his answer was "yes" From a service perspective, this feels like a missed opportunity. And Panera NATIONWIDE has lost me as a catering customer, forever. A quick review of catering orders—either the day before or upon receipt—could easily flag discrepancies like this. If something doesn’t make sense (5 sandwiches for 20 people), a simple confirmation via call or email would prevent issues and ensure a better customer experience. This situation was entirely avoidable with a bit more proactive communication and attention to detail a.k.a. "critical thinking".
