Ordered online to pick up came 30 minutes after placing order and food not ready. It's just a sandwich and it wasn't even busy. They have one guy who's very slow making the sandwiches while everyone else just looks confused. Seen someone get upset over the ridiculous wait. Just close down or change management already.
