  I called this location three days ago asking for a Panera where people could sit and work with reliable Wi-Fi. The employee on the phone told me to go to their Metropolitan Avenue location. When I arrived, I discovered it’s a to-go center with limited menu items, soft drinks, no proper seating, and Wi-Fi that isn’t suitable for working. I spoke to the manager about the misinformation, and instead of acknowledging the mistake, he told me, “Oh, you probably should have tried the one on Metropolitan Avenue,” which is exactly where I was. The lack of knowledge and coordination here is astounding. This was a complete waste of time, money, and I wouldn’t recommend relying on staff guidance at this location.

  Worst Panera bread even. My order was marked ready. When I went pick it up, it said 5 mins and removed my order from the screen.

  Let me tell yall how I ordered and accidentally picked the wrong location! I didn’t have enough time to change it and I didn’t want to cancel! I was able to call the THIS LOCATION (Ridgewood) and the manager Ryan was able to save my order and make it fresh for when I arrived after work! The customer service was superb! My food was at the rapid pickup when I arrived, the ladies was friendly! And when I thanked the manager in person he was awesome! Def will have to order from here again! I don’t get this treatment at Woodhaven 😩🙄

  Sherie’s is absolutely the very best. An exemplary employee, excellent customer service and cares to satisfy. I will definitely come back to this location.

  Please fix whatever issues you guys have with grubhub orders not printing. You guys have had this issues for months already and dont bother fixing the issue. Had to call grubhub to cancel order because this is just getting old already. Maybe if the owner starts losing money from canceled orders they will try and fix the issue.
