A worker came over and told us we had to leave because we “didn’t buy anything,” even though we literally just finished eating. The way she raised her voice made the whole situation uncomfortable. No customer should be treated like that.

I order any type of food and it legitimately seems like they couldn’t care less. They either burn it, give you 2 or 3 tiny burnt pieces of old bacon, or don’t toast the food at all. Also, since they moved Salina(the only friendly associate) off of the pick up area the customer service has gone way down hill. They don’t say hello, they avt annoyed when you ask for the straws that you’ll need to drink your coffee and I’d rather just walk down the road to the other Dunkin where at least the food is okay.
