That's clearly the manufacturer's fault (it was a Krasdale brand bag, so be forewarned). No, the problem is that when I tried to return the sugar, with a receipt and photos of the insect, the guy at customer service told me "well it's sugar, bugs are attracted to sugar. All sugar has bugs." Seriously? Complain to the manufacturer, don't take it out on the customer. I had to tell him several times I wanted a refund instead of an exchange. I leave two stars instead of one because apart from that the prices are decent and they have a good selection of food. Just beware of what you're buying.
