  The girl with mask and glasses is extremely rude. Came to get a drink on Tuesday around 1:30pm but the milk didn’t even dissolve properly so I politely asked if I can change the drink and she started saying I already made the drink in a very rude tone. When I asked why are you talking like that instead of changing the tone she said “this is how I talk!” At dunkin you pay to get scolded! Who allows these people with no manner to work at customer service? So disappointing!

  This truly is the worst Dunkin’ branch ever, I was reading the reviews and it makes sense now. Management really needs to hire better. I don’t want to pay money to get scolded, neither does anyone else. But the management decides to hire people who hate their life and screams at people. And since when does Dunkin’ have a no exchange policy?

  Having ordered from them five times, the donuts are always hard. The quality control is poor, as is the appearance of the store with its dirty windows and outdated advertising.

  worest branch, i went to this branch yesterday sunday 12/14 around 11:45 am, l firsy noticed that the floor is dirty and wet I orderd hot latte ( l asked clearly for very hot latte ) the counter was busy talking to the girl workimg with him and working very slow to the point that the cleint ahead of me left, the counter still working very slow busy talking to the girl working careless,finely he gave me very lite regular cold coffe !!! l told him it is regular coffe and please add some coffe because it is very lite, he just heated it for 2 seconds and didn't add any coffe so l end up with cold very lite regular coffe despite i paid the price of hot latte After the first sip i throw it in the carbage l own a business one block from this branch, i advised all my worker and my clients not to buy from this store l hope the Owner look at the camera yesterday around 11:45 to see that client leaving from long wait(only me and this client) and how the floor was risky and wet

  Idk what’s happening across a lot of Dunkin’ Donuts, but their oatmilk has either changed or it’s spoiled. Over summer I had no issues, but now I barely come because the milk is always so off and nauseating
