- JBjean botrosDec 15, 20251.0worest branch, i went to this branch yesterday sunday 12/14 around 11:45 am, l firsy noticed that the floor is dirty and wet I orderd hot latte ( l asked clearly for very hot latte ) the counter was busy talking to the girl workimg with him and working very slow to the point that the cleint ahead of me left, the counter still working very slow busy talking to the girl working careless,finely he gave me very lite regular cold coffe !!! l told him it is regular coffe and please add some coffe because it is very lite, he just heated it for 2 seconds and didn't add any coffe so l end up with cold very lite regular coffe despite i paid the price of hot latte After the first sip i throw it in the carbage l own a business one block from this branch, i advised all my worker and my clients not to buy from this store l hope the Owner look at the camera yesterday around 11:45 to see that client leaving from long wait(only me and this client) and how the floor was risky and wet
