  Never has refreshers or donuts. Everytime I order something sweet its bitter. Like one time I got a white chocolate mocha with chocolate drizzle, sounds sweet right? WRONG! Tried adding sugar to it and it was STILL bitter. The workers are nice to the customers but are mean to the newbies. They do more yapping than talking. Seriously, I was so excited to try the new valentines stuff but there was NOTHING. Been there many times and the specific thing I want they never have. I was so excited when I found out there was a dunkin donuts in Richfield only to be disappointed EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO. Today I went and I wanted to try the strawberry chocolate refresher thing, NO REFRESHERS. Donuts display was completely empty too. If youre gonna be the only dunkin donuts for a few miles you at least NEED donuts. You also need to be more organized bc everytime I go there the workers are basically bumping into each other like those chaotic movies all for one drink. Like girl chill out I ordered a simple coffee. Im sorry to say this but if you want dunkin donuts go to Cooperstown or Oneonta. This one is NOT worth it. 😭💔

  Who ever is in charge of ordering product to make the drinks needs to up there game. I’ve got there 6 different times and they were out of refreshers and their display case for doughnuts was empty, for a new establishment I expected a bit more out of it. I see a delivery truck parked there at least every other week. No reason to be so short supplied. Get a feel for what the community likes best and order accordingly.

  Wow, incredible slow drive thru, I was the only vehicle and never had this experience at any other Dunkin ! Even had time to post this while I was waiting my small order.

  I absolutely agree with the other reviews. Terrible service and attitudes. I waited forever at drive thru and no one in the place. You should rethink the training of your employees. I will not go back

  I was at dunkin for like 15 minutes at the drive thru speaker and nothing happened, went to go inside but the door was locked, it’s closed at 8, it was 715, i just came from a basketball game, hungry and thirsty with my family of 4, but as i was walking back to the car the worker comes around the corner from smoking cigarettes and looks at me and walks to his car, also doesn’t say anything about possibly being closed, DO NOT go here! I would give zero but it’s not possible so I give them one.
