  I've tried this Dunkin' several times since it opened 6 months ago. I like Dunkin' as a brand and was excited to see the place finally open, although the build time was quite lengthy. Little did I know that that was a foreshadowing of how things would go afterwards. I usually place a mobile order well ahead of my arrival because the staff takes a very long time to prepare everything. Most of the time I still have to wait for them to finish preparing my order when I arrive. Yesterday morning there were 3 cars ahead of me in line at the drive through. I waited about 10 minutes in line while the cars ahead of me placed their orders. When I got to the ordering speaker, I asked if my order was ready, and was told it was. I tried to pull up to the second window as instructed, but there was already another car there. Afraid of being late to work, I ended up going around and parking and going in. I had to wait several minutes at the counter (no line) for anyone to even address me to get my order. The car that was at the second window finally got their order by the time I was able to get mine. Watching the unorganized staff is a comedy of errors. They have no ability to multi task at all, and no sense of urgency/couldn't care less about people's time and need to get to work on time. They constantly get in each other's way. They need training in preparing multiple orders at once with speed and accuracy as well as learning how their attitude towards their work affects others. Also, whoever designed the parking/traffic flow needs to go back to school.

  Slower than molasses here ordered one drink and been waiting over 5 minutes for it and they are not busy at all.
