Delicious coffee to-go and a happy vibe! ALL THAT JAVA is modeled after the ubiquitous tiny coffee shops found in the Seattle area, where our founder, Samantha, lived for fifteen years of her life. Coming back home to visit her family in Rhinebeck, she would wonder why the idea of those tiny coffee houses never made it back east. Samantha dreamt of one day opening her own fleet of shops up and down the East Coast. In 2016, the timing was right, and she did it! ALL THAT JAVA now has four locations in the Hudson Valley (Rhinebeck, Tivoli, Millbrook and Stanfordville) with more coming soon. See you soon!
