  Writing this review while still in line for drive thru . Ordered just one small nacho fries and it’s been more than a half hour now and I am still in the driveway thru. The frustrating part is, you can’t even leave or turn around once you are in the drive thru lane. This is just so ridiculous. My daughter got late to her class. We just wanted to pick up something to eat quickly as we were feeling hungry and this turned out to be the worst wait ever. This has happened a few times before as well. Order placed at 4:58 p.m. Still in the drive thru lane - time is 5:26 p.m. Still in the drive thru lane - time is 5:30 p.m. Got the order at 5:32 p.m and the fries are so cold.

  Taco Bell has been a favorite of mine my entire life. I order it frequently. This location should just close at this point and let a new restaurant take its place. Whoever is paid to manage it should be blacklisted. It’s so hard to get a correct order, nearly impossible to simply get what I PAID FOR. Absolutely pathetic and embarrassing.

  If you wanna wait 15 minutes for half empty taco shells this is the place for you. I come a lot bc taco bell is my favorite fast food and almost everytime my tacos come out paper thin with almost no ingredients inside, I order nacho fries a lot and they come out half empty you get 7 fries in a large like what. Clifton park location i get no issues but anytime I come to this one I'm still hungry after dropping $15 because I basically get served a lot of empty shells. My potato griller comes out flat like a pancake too. Fiesta potatoes get 2 little drops of sour cream / cheese. Probably won't be coming back anymore

  When we ordered, I ordered a number four, which is a crunch wrap supreme meal with a taco. While, we were waiting, my friend and I got water. She, poured the water from the fountain. It was yellow. After, I got some water from the fountain. And I sipped some. It did NOT taste like regular water. It tasted subtlety of cotton candy. Then, when we got our food, 15 minutes later. I did NOT get my crunch wrap supreme. I only got my taco. I waited for ten to fifteen more minutes. The other person I was with, asked about it, and the workers, there were FOUR other workers. They all rudely ignored her, she had to lean over the counter to ask just to get their attention. When I finally got my crunch wrap supreme, some of the outside, was burnt to charcoal. The structure of the food was SO floppy, everything fell out and I had to use a fork to eat it like it was a salad. This is NOT quality service that Taco Bell promises to have. I am very upset that they rudely ignored my peers and made me wait 15 minutes for something they clearly made so hastily.
