Let me tell you I saw this man several days ago week for years when I used to work in Colonie and he was at the central Avenue location and I recognized him right away and had to ask him if I was right. I always knew when he was working the drive thru it was going to go fast and he was always such a ray of light on some days where I really didn’t even want to go to work. I also made sure to ask his name so I could leave this review. People like Drew need to be appreciated and I’m sure he is based on how long he’s worked for Dunkin. He is an absolute gem of a human! This store is lucky to have him. Everyone working was super friendly and even though it was busy it didn’t show in their attitudes. ❤️
