THIS IS THE WORST DUNKIN DONUTS YOU CAN VISIT...They never get their orders right in the drive-thru, and they mess up every single doordsh order I do at least 3 times or more per week, since I can not leave my office, and Doordash does not let me pick the dunkin store. THEY ARE HORRIBLE

Coming from a Dunkin’ Donuts assistant manager this was by far the rudest and worse experience I’ve ever had. They ignored as at drive through window and then when they came to window we were told we couldn’t add on at window. That is not a Dunkin policy and why would you not want to up your sales? The two girls working were both moody and made us feel uncomfortable. We asked them to remake our drink and they didn’t even stir it. They basically through the straws through the window and slammed the window in our face. Horrible experience

Walk in recognized someone as soon as i got in the door get ignored and then my order taken by someone else possibly nervous/uncomfortable. Ordered an extra large hot chocolate with whipped cream, no whipped cream not filled hardly stirred, thankfully hot and yummy still. $6 meal deal, the drink is fine, hashbrowns underdone compared to the burnt rubbery breakfast sandwich. Was going to order bagels etc as well but didnt even bother because before even getting the unsatisfactory meal the workers were talking, almost positive i literally heard someone say they weren't going to be giving me whipped cream, recognizing a high school bully, who made the drink and refused to take our order but did serve it, I wish people could both grow up/ be more professional and do things properly. The girl who did end up serving me was nice enough but slightly rude probably due to gossip. Lost my business wish I read reviews first I will from now on.

There is one girl who works there. She is so happy and upbeat and positive and sweet All all the time! So helpful and generous and a joy to see! I’ll update with her name… this is one of the better Dunkin in the Capital Region though for sure!
