  Consistently out of many ingredients by 8 with no intention to refill them. Don't rely on them as dinner option.

  I’ve come to this location many times and have never left a review but finally feel the need to. This location consistently runs out of menu items. For example, tonight they were out of guac, lettuce, chicken Al pastor, and cilantro lime sauce (there might have been more missing but these were just the things I planned to order). Unfortunately it is a common occurrence - I can’t remember the last time I went there to get dinner and they had everything available. It’s very frustrating, especially when I’ve driven out of my way to go there and stood in line, only to realize they are out of items

  Nice food, staff is also very good. I had a very difficult/complex order but the person was very patient and built my bowl exactly as I wanted.

  So dirty. Ended up throwing out my order because it grossed me out so much. Server staff are rude and are indignant when they mess up an order because they are clearly not paying attention to their customers. East Greenbush has so many better options.

  The service at this location has consistently gone down over the last five years that I have been coming here. My last takeout order was missing multiple ingredients—including guacamole, which I paid extra for. This most recent visit, I went in myself because I have found that I cannot trust the takeout order system. This time they were out of nearly all ingredients with 5 1/2 hours till closing time. There was no rice and they were out of all meats (except carnitas). They also were out of mild sauce and cheese—yes, even cheese! When the girl serving customers up front asked the cook staff in the back if they were working on more meat, rice or beans, they shrugged their shoulders and rolled their eyes at her and went back to talking. She ended up going to the back and getting more ingredients herself—only able to return with beans—as a line (to the door) of customers stood waiting to be told there was nothing there to order. I felt bad for her since she was the only one actually doing anything. This store is consistently running out of ingredients, but this most recent visit was quite possibly the worst one yet. The prices have gone up while quality and service has taken a steep nosedive lately.
