- KVKayla Vasquez2 days ago1.0Ordered two soups, both came out with inconsistently small servings, when I had ordered a second time because the bread was cold and food was bland, the food came out with a bigger serving same bowl size, server was on their phone where I can see them, the dining area is disgusting, for how slow this location looks, they look like a complete mess, lastly, bread was consistently hard and somewhat cold in the middle…. For a first time at Panera, I most likely will be put off from all Panera locations if this is the quality of food and service

Not only did our order take half hour to make but everyone who ordered after us got their order. Their excuse was because the were out of bowls and on top of that the girl named Bayla behind the counter gave such a nasty attitude. Nice customer service. Definely has me thinking twice to ever come back. I spoke to the manager but he looked like he cared less then the girl Bayla. So to finish up the experience sucked. If I was the owner I would consider who I have working for me
