However, when I asked for help placing the online order, the staff refused to assist and behaved rudely. I have ordered from other Domino’s locations (such as Merrick Blvd) where staff helped with ordering, so this experience was disappointing. I was forced to pay a higher price due to lack of assistance. I expect better customer service and basic help for customers who are not familiar with online ordering.

He told me no call the store to get my money back. Just so happened my husband was downstairs and he retrieved the pizza. My husband asked the guy why don’t you come upstairs? He said no we don’t go upstairs. My husband then asks what if someone is disabled, you’re gonna tell them to come downstairs? The guy just looks at him like a deer in headlights. Gonna stop ordering from them cause it’s always a bunch of nonsense every time I do.
