  Place is very sloppy and grubby looking. Empty boxes were all over the floor blocking the counter of condiments. Everything seems to be out of place and cluttered. I was staring at those boxes like "What is wrong with these people?" I had to go up to the counter despite my ordering ahead and telling them I have a mobile because it looked like they were not going to move. One creepy employee was just sitting there in a corner. Usually DD employees are making your order when there's no one else at the register, but this was weird even for them. I haven't gone to this location often, but it seems they go from bad to worse. The cluttered, grimy atmosphere is bizarre. It's not just a matter of creepy people sitting there with their one item and in for the duration, it reminds me of the old DDs where every location was dirty and a mess, a complete hangout with filthy bathrooms (which DD removed when renovating because they couldn't handle customer bathrooms). That nostalgic I'm not! On top of it, they don't make the drinks right. Too watery. It's the last time I go here. I don't know how they manage to stay open.

  I had to redo my review on this place. Horrible experience today. I have a 15 min brake. I placed a mobile order to pick up. I ordered a frozen Carmel coffee and egg and cheese. I get there and there's a drink with my name but not what I ordered. It was a mocha not Carmel. So I double check make sure I didn't order it and I didn't. Even the sticker says its Carmel I ordered. I tell the one guy behind the counter who looks to either hate his job or having a bad day he just points to the other guy. Clearly couldnt help. I tell the other guy its the wrong drink he takes the drink and just puts Carmel on top of the chocolate syrup. Im like no I dont want Carmel put on top of the chocolate. I want my Carmel drink. He gets pissed takes the drink again and cuts the whip cream off puts new cream and Carmel. The whole drink is wrong. He gave a mocha not a Carmel. And we are not done yet. I didn't have time to argue so I just left. I go to eat the sandwich at least and the croissant was toasted but the freaken egg and cheese were straightened from the fridge. Iced cold. It was so discusting. The whole thing was tossed. That was the only food and drink I was having the whole day. I landed up with nothing. How do tou see an order and just give me the drink you want? The service was horrible and the food was horrible. The ladies that work there are ok. But the guys no. I will not be going back. I guess now when I am at work I will have to go to Starbucks. I get it sucks dealing with people. I have to deal with them to but if you cant or dont want to do the job then quit and let someone else do it. Your bad day should not be passed on to the customer. Dunkin you should be ashamed. I've been a dunkin girl for over 30 yrs. I've had a bad order here and there and I dont say anything but today was just to much. I will not go back to this dunkin if you look at the picture and read the description of the drink you see what I ordered and you can tell what I got was not it

  Worst customer service ever. It’s been so much issues just to name a few . I pre ordered my cold drink and 10 mins I get there still wasn’t ready I had to wait while one of the workers was just on her phone texting . Then another time they had gotten my order wrong and when I told them the lady had an attitude .. worse customer service ever .. would not come back .. also everytime I redeem my points for things they NEVER give me the items and since it’s free I don’t really make a big issue but they customer service needs to fix
