    Customer service is the worst. Employees standing around talking completely ignoring the customer standing at the window. I even at one point loudly called that I was here for the pick up sitting on the other side of the glass. Ignored for 10 minutes. I will never order from here again

    The crew you have is the best by far. In all of the Pizza Huts I’ve been in there’s always a problem but not with the staff from Rego Park. I would love to recommend a raise for the whole staff.Keep up the work guys.

    Didn't deliver the food after over a 2 hour wait placed on the app like they did deliver. They charged me no one picks up the phone at the restaurant when I call

    Delivery never showed up and they said it was delivered. Not acceptable . No one’s answering the phone there either .
