  I am beyond fed up with this place. Every single time I order, something is wrong! This time is the last straw for me. Instead of remaking my food like they absolutely should have, they handed me the same cold, soggy, disgusting mess they didn’t even bother giving to my DoorDasher in the first place. That is completely unacceptable. And before anyone says “just go pick it up yourself,” don’t because it’s the exact same disaster when you order in person. Orders are always messed up, food is always gross, and there’s clearly zero effort being made to fix it. And let’s be real the food isn’t even that good for the prices you’re charging. Yet somehow we keep coming back and wasting our money like idiots, hoping it’ll be better this time. It never is. Get it together. Seriously. Because at this rate, you’re going to run your own business straight into the ground. People are not going to keep coming back when you consistently fail to provide even the bare minimum of quality and service.

  Normal setup you expect from taco bell restaurant itself wasn't the issue found a blue/green hair in our food at lunch time today cold food after about a 15 minute wait drive thru is the important factor there not in-store at all so to top off the cold food and the wait for the cold tacos and burritos started eating and pull a hair out noticed they didn't really have hair contained that well but hey I've done that work before it isn't always an issue depending on situation but this was in the wrapper half in the food got an additue from the girl when asked for a refund as we didn't want to risk eating hair again didn't even mention to her it was cold and technically not servable at that temp but was so hungry didn't care to much about the temp never again at this location passed exit 18 knew should have stopped there may be a longer wait but food is up to par most the time and would have been hair free for sure as they are on point with that seen it happen once and was handled correctly the first time with a customer there and the employees were told to fix their hair before continuing making anything else here just said supposedly found a hair in their food was all that was said I walked out after hearing that discusting to say the least very disappointed in the quality of food and service here i wouldn't eat here again ill wait to go home next time

  The people working were absolutely rude after asking for a receipt when we were literally in drive thru a they didn’t give us a receipt and we came around the store, Checked the food and it was made wrong. It was sloppy not even grilled really the way it was supposed to be. The meat wasn’t even drained when putting it together and it was greasy all over. (This wasn’t even the worst of it!) The girls working were just on their phones and not paying attention. I will never come back to this Taco Bell. 🔔 EXIT 18 IS SO MUCH BETTER!!!!

  This Taco Bell is surprisingly usually fast and my food is always hot and they seem to be more on point with keeping everything neat and clean that some of the others I have been to.The order has been correct every time
