  The girl working was incredibly rude from start to finish. She misunderstood what type of bread we wanted so we simply said we wanted italian herbs and cheese not regular and said said "this is our italian" after which she did change the bread. then I asked for a spicy italian but changed my mind to a bmt. all she had to do was add ham and instead she threw the meat down and huffed and puffed about having to change it. then she was extremely irritable the rest of the interaction. finally we went to check out and wanted to make it a combo by adding a drink and chips where she then stated "the soda machine was shut off for the night" so it wouldn't be possible. the store does not close until 8 pm and we were there at 7:06. she then proceeded to rudely repeat an answer to a question we had asked and didnt understand.

  Miserable employee called my online order disgusting and that I need to be more considerate of them when ordering. Clown show

  Writing this as I wait in line with one other person in front of me. But dont worry other subway worker continues to look as we all wait... they spent 5 minutes trying to check out one customer .....

  Asked the staff person to tell me what was in the "cubano" sandwich currently being promoted. "That's a good question. They don't tell us about it before they advertise them" was pretty much the response I got. The staff person never offered to find out or even ask to guy standing next to her. Hope they are just summer employees biding their time. Clearly they are not paid based on sales. Lost my sale today and in future.
