Ordered a cookie as well and didn’t receive it as well. I ask for my meals to be small and the guy taking my order upsells and puts medium down. Called and spoke to the “manager”, she basically dismissed everything like no big deal and didn’t even take accountability for the actions of the staff. Got told “we aren’t going to sit here and count every item.” Last I checked you are a service where I am suppose to get 10 in my 10 piece. It is 100% the guys fault taking the order as well as the staff for not ensuring everyone is getting what they ordered out the window. I know that this is happening to 50-100 people a day here, DONT GO HERE. Not to degrade anyone but I see why these people can’t even get a fast food job right…keep putting the fries is the bag buddy.
