The customer service is TERRIBLE!!! My boyfriend and I ordered a sandwich with customizations and they completely just ignored his request. When he took the sandwich back they just scraped the toppings off and argued with him about how he ordered it. I ordered a baked potato and the didn’t give me any butter! I don’t know this Kathy but she made a HUGE stink fit about it. We will never come here again!

Food is fine, but over the past 2 months all 3 of my orders were wrong.
Every time I got a 10 piece, there was 8 then 9 the. 9 again….as well as my Dr Pepper was a Coke. Ordered a cookie as well and didn’t receive it as well.
I ask for my meals to be small and the guy taking my order upsells and puts medium down.
Called and spoke to the “manager”, she basically dismissed everything like no big deal and didn’t even take accountability for the actions of the staff. Got told “we aren’t going to sit here and count every item.”
Last I checked you are a service where I am suppose to get 10 in my 10 piece. It is 100% the guys fault taking the order as well as the staff for not ensuring everyone is getting what they ordered out the window.
I know that this is happening to 50-100 people a day here, DONT GO HERE.
Not to degrade anyone but I see why these people can’t even get a fast food job right…keep putting the fries is the bag buddy.
