Forgot several items from my order and then accused me of “stealing items.” Disrespecting her very young staff in front of a restaurant full of people; when I looked at her in utter DISBELIEF of what was happening she said “you like staring?” I hope the franchise owner fires this woman immediately.

EVERY TIME! and then when i finally do get my order its usually wrong and it’s an absolute disaster. you can clearly tell they just threw the stuff together without caring what the food is like for the customer at ALL. always a waste of money, and tonight is a waste of another $98. there has been a lobby full of people for 75 minutes now, it’s absolutely insane that they can even run an establishment like this. let me clarify i am a fast food worker as well and i couldn’t even FATHOM letting my numbers get this high or making my customers wait this long! i simply cant believe it! definitely the last time i will ever be coming here!

I made an inside order for a single box and waited 40 minutes. Doordash is a HUGE issue and set back that the team clearly can't handle. The team also has no urgency, there's no hussle, just like they have all the time in the world. The employees were also eating while preparing food!
