  Went to get two meals same exact things one both meals. The girl who took my order was rude she charged me double the amount I had to catch it on my receipt she slammed the window in my face after saying something then gives me my change and drops it outside the window on the ground. I was very specific about meat cheese sour cream and there were other toppings that still ended up on the items (I ordered two of the same meals) to top it off no straws were giving for the drinks. Drove home to figure this all out and had to go back out because my kids wouldn’t eat the toppings on the items how hard is it to count change be kind and make a simple taco? Train your employees better when dealing in customer service. A good way to loose business.

  I ordered one Cheesy double beef burrito, Cheese gordita crunch no lettuce. Both were cold. I was only car at the drive thur at the time. Im just disappointed 😞

  This place just keeps underperforming to the same degree every year, the owners keep saying "email us so we can make it right" how about figure out the issues and fix them instead?? The fact that this is the best location in the county is the most sad part. If you want taco bell and come here, bring your phone to listen to podcasts, because it has NEVER been less than 30 minutes to get through five cars in drive through. Idk why I bother.

  Spent an hour in The drive-through For eight cars ahead of me and then another 15 minutes at the window only need to be given the wrong order twice. When we finally got our right food and started eating it, it was absolutely horrible and cold

  We walked inside last night while they were still open. Apparently it was late enough that they were only taking drive through orders, however the front door was unlocked and we were already entering orders on the touch screens inside. The manager started yelling at us to get out and we were a “security risk”. We tried to tel him we had orders on the touch screen, but he didn’t care. Said we couldn’t even go through the drive through without a car, but we had walked. He was incredibly rude and we will never be going back to this Taco Bell. Such a shame as the five of us were big fans.
