Ordered ahead on phone for asap pick up for 1:20pm, but a pop up at check out check was that it wouldn't be ready until 1:39 pm, if I wanted to continue to place the order, so I did. I was not alone waiting for take out, and ours was not done until almost 2:15, just about an hour since placing the order, and 35 minutes beyond the pick up time. I know this location is in a big plaza and it was a Saturday, but that is way too long for take out. I would choose another location or just go somewhere else other than Panera if I am in a hurry.. I am still giving a decent rating, because the food is always consistently good, and maybe this location was just short staffed for the volume of people sitting in the dining room, along with the volume they had for take out.
