The lady very pleasant and told me they would fix it and move up to the side and they would be right out with it. I waited 20 minutes and no one came out. Very very disappointed!!

- KMKelley McCartyOct 17, 20251.0I've never had such bad service at a "fast food" place. Only thing I will say is my food was at least hot. But I sat at the microphone way to long. There are 2 lines, 7 (yes 7) cars preferred from the one lane without anyone even acknowledging me in the other lane. Then the people at the windows were cold amd short. Then I had to pull forward and wait again for my food. All this took 40 min or more. If was pretty busy so I had no way to even get out of line. Plus I had a mobile order do I had already paid. 🙃 like i said at least my food was hot.
