I try not to read people's mind, but really, what person had the business gravitas to make every 5 guys in the capital region go "we hate you" and require their managers to run their shops this way. I don't see myself spending anymore money here! This music in the parking lot 40 ft away was too loud. Try other strip malls, there is good food everywhere.
