Employees talking poorly about each other right in front of customers without a care. Treating customers like cattle. Standing around and watching one person do all the work while they stand and talk smack about people.

They’ve messed up my wife’s and a good chunk of my friend groups coffee. Tell those people to put there phones down or leave get better workers this is ridiculous.
