- TTTiffanyJan 16, 20261.0Yesterday was my first time ever eating Chipotle, and what a disappointment it was. Among a few other things items for my husband, I ordered a burrito bowl w/white rice, lettuce, half chicken and half steak. While the chicken was tasty, the rice was hard and crunchy in some spots and the steak was as tough and dry as a leather boot from the Wild West. I also ordered 2 sides of red chimichuri. I only recieved one, and it was half full. It wasn't even enough to for my burrito bowl, let alone my chips. Speaking of the chips, we ordered 2 small bags and almost left without them. My husband looked in the bag before he left and didnt see them. He told the employee, and thier response was, "they're in the bag." They were not. We did end up getting them though after speaking up. My husband likes Chipotle and he ordered for himself the day before, didnt check inside the bag, and they forgot the chips. So yesterday was the second time in a row. I feel like this food has the potential of being really good, but my experience was just terrible. I do have to say though, the red chimichuri is absolutely delicious. I just wish I hadn't recieved less than half of what I ordered. I hope that bringing attention to this might help improve this location. I also tried to submit this through the "contact us" form on their website, and I just kept getting errors.

You would think they would be some what lenient considering they are missing half the ingredients. Just sad really. I won’t be coming back to this location.
