  I visited Papa John's at 64-08 Beach Channel Drive about a month ago.. the Pizza was good, but the associate was not nice at all... As I waited for my pizza, the associate wanted to get into a fight with one of his customers.. I paid, took my Pizza and left. I ordered by phone two pizzas at the same location About a week ago... When I called, I was told the Pizza will be ready In fifteen to twenty minutes, this was fine with me Because it would take about that time for me to get there. When I got there, I paid for my pizza and asked for some plates.. The associate told me they did not have any that I need to go next Door.. I ask next door? I was confused.. He was sending me to another business which was not theirs.. I paid, I took my pizza and left.. He was so rude. I did not want to stay there any longer. This was the same associate who wanted to fight when I went there about a month ago With another customer. I got to my destination in about 3 minutes, opened up the Pizza box and was very disappointed. The pizza was so cold and stale. I do not live in that area...I was just visiting and thought I was treating someone with pizza.. We had to throw it out Because it was not good at all.. After I finish visiting, I called Papa John's and tried to explain the situation.. They told me I will have to call back later.. then told me they can't do anything about it. They sent me an email with a survey which I filled-out stating what happened? They asked if I wanted to be contacted by phone and I said yes... No one have contacted me up till today. They responded with an email offering me a free cheese stick with an online purchase.🙃.. Imagine they want me to come back and buy something in order to be compensated for 2 Pizza. I do not usually order online.. I was so disappointed with them.. Yesterday I ordered from Papa John's at a different location Closer to me and I asked them about the cheesesteak which they compensated me with, since I have to place an order to get it.. I could not get it because then again..I have to place an online order which I don't usually order online. See, that is where these companies get you..I 😞

  The workers have long beards and do not use any protection to avoid hairs in the food, it is very disgusting. Be more aware of hygiene that is food 🤮🤮🤮

  I really wish I can give 0 Stars but this store and management are the worst. Their customer service is poor and how they treat people is unexplainable. Living 2 blocks from the store and your food is delivered cold is diabolical. I use to support this papa john’s a lot, but today was my last day placing any order with them.

  the worst customer service I have ever received, I called to change something in my order and the man who answered me without asking he started insulting me with obscene words, shouting and threatening me
