  I been coming here a while and even came like around February, it’s always been good and stuffing, but last time I went they, made there burger patties thinner than usual, didn’t fill me up how it usually would yk, like this not a smash burger spot, like do ur thing, it’s a burger but yeah I spent like 40 bucks for two sandwiches, shake, fries and one soda but I was disappointed last time cuz it was my friends first time trying to and he ain’t enjoy it

  Ordered a large fry the guy gave me a small fry, when i confronted him about it he said that was the large and made me wait for another batch and helped other customers. He later gave me another bag but this got me so upset, I was so mad i didnt eat there like planned. When i got home the bag of fries he gave me first had the small bag at the bottom catching all the grease, the new bag was the more like it, the large bag at the bottom was catching grease.. bc of that interaction I ate Cold fries, soggy burgers from 2 greasy, sloppy bags. Disappointed. Wasted money.

  Always good burger with my specific toppings. Great customer service. This was on friday March 20th, 2026. Lunch time. Not crowded.

  Sefali was so helpful and informative. I came in for the bogo special for the 40th anniversary. Five guys woodhaven really took care of me. Shout out to Renaldo and his management and the rest of his management staff. A+all around the board.

  So I come in they had to call the girl to take order I get it they want us to use the screens but some of us still pay cash and as she taking my order she answers a personal phone call. So now she not paying attention to my order or my change she is on the phone
