My son showed them the receipt confirmation from the website. The employee proceeded to argue that there was no order. He then chased the boys and told them to get out of the store. The employee was very rude and disrespectful to the boys. The boys proceeded to call the manager, who was in the office at the time. The manager came and retrieved the order of the pizza. I am very disappointed in this store employee because my household often orders from them. Also, for an employee to be so disrespectful to young men is completely unacceptable. This was very upsetting to them, having such an experience with a store employee. I would expect this store to train its employees better and to treat customers with respect.
