I believe the woman I spoke to was the manager, and she was extremely rude when I simply asked about my order. She responded with an attitude, saying, “Oh, you gotta wait, I’ll tell you when,” which was completely uncalled for. I had already been waiting over 23 minutes, and during that time, I saw other customers—who ordered after me—being served before me. I used to really like this place, but lately the customer service has gone downhill. The staff act like they’re better than the customers, and it’s honestly unacceptable. This kind of treatment makes it hard to want to come back.
